On June 20 at 6:30 p.m., join the Holistic Moms Network’s New Haven County chapter as Dr. Tara McCrystal presents on Reiki healing energy work. The presentation will be held as part of the chapter’s monthly meeting, which is open to the public. It will take place in person at Nate’s Plates in Milford, Conn. Dr. McCrystal will discuss in-person and transformational distance Reiki as well as Access Bars energy work from Access Consciousness, a set of transformational tools and processes. Both forms of energy work promote relaxation and stress reduction, self-healing, and personal transformation.
