- HMN members that are practitioners will receive a Provider Basic Bronze Membership ($300 value).
- HMN volunteers will receive an Individual Controller Membership ($360 value)
If you opt-in to KnoWEwell your membership will continue through the end of 2025 or the end of the year which your HMN membership would have lapsed.
